Film Exchange will provide filmmakers with conditions for film marketing, discussion and consultation about Korean film purchase, co-production of film and TV programmes (feature film, documentary, science film, animation and TV series with Korean film makers) and discussion on technology.
PIFF will bear the staying expenses of 3 participants in Pyongyang.
