Clare Cassidy and Lev David are friends who met while studying in Durban. They frequently joked that there are few things as sad... and fewer things as sadly romantic as karaoke. And so, they decided to make an anti-romance about it. Clare directs and writes for television. Lev recently quit his day job in the media to write full-time for page and screen. This is their first film.
