Documentary filmmaker Mark Johnston and Hollywood veteran Tambre Leighn bring a strong mix of factual and entertainment skills to Nomad projects. Utilizing international co-finance for many of its films, Nomad has produced award-winning documentaries such as Ken Wiwa’s In the Shadow of a Saint; and The Man Who Could Be King. The company recently completed The Climb, tracing the first Canadian ascent of Mount Everest. Mark was a personal friend of Ken Saro-Wiwa's and helped co-ordinate the worldwide campaign to save the writer's life.
