On Friday 27 March 2020, the NFVF released a funding call to support business continuity in the film industry during the COVID-19 lockdown. However, due to the volume of the applications received, the panel adjudication process has taken longer than anticipated.
A total of 386 projects have proceeded to the evaluation phase which is expected to be concluded by Friday the 12th of June 2020, and the final approval by the NFVF council will be on 30 June. All approved projects will be published on the NFVF website accordingly.
The NFVF would also like to thank all the additional panellists who availed themselves to assist with the adjudication process.
