Urgent notice to all producers, not just IPO members, awaiting Rebate and EMIA payments from the DTI.
Attempt to unlock outstanding payments
The DTI is on lockdown with just a small skeleton staff, resulting in many payments due to the sector not having been paid, pending their return to work after lockdown. The IPO has been urgently engaging with the very helpful Acting DG to resolve this so that outstanding payments to the sector are made as soon as possible. To this end, as he’s currently unable to access this information in the office, he has asked that we supply a list of productions where payments are outstanding on claims submitted prior to the commencement of lockdown. He will assess the list, determine which and how many of his team will be needed to resolve this, and arrange for them to get special travel permits to get to their offices and undertake this work. Should there be any queries on specific claims, they will deal directly the relevant producers.
If this applies to you, please could you complete the questionnaire herewith as a matter of urgency.

PLEASE NOTE: As we are compiling this to help the whole sector, not just IPO members, please share this with other producers to whom this may apply. All information is treated with strict confidentiality.
DEADLINE: Noon on Tuesday 14 April 2020
